When you submit the booking form, your name, email address, selected service, budget range, and business message are sent to our Base44 CRM. The CRM also records the submission time, request identifier, source, and country (Azerbaijan). The form does not send an email notification.

How we use enquiries

We use the information you send to respond to your enquiry, discuss your requested services, and manage that conversation. Please avoid sending passwords, payment details, or sensitive personal information through the form or email.

Hosting and external services

The hosting provider may process technical information such as IP addresses and request logs to deliver and secure the website. Base44 processes and stores booking requests for our CRM. Only authorised agency users can review these requests. If you contact us directly by email, email services process that correspondence. Links to Instagram and LinkedIn take you to services with their own privacy policies.

Cookies and storage

We have not added advertising tracking pixels to this site. The form does not persist the text you enter in browser storage. Once a request is successfully submitted, its record is retained in our CRM to handle your enquiry. Hosting or authentication services may use information needed to deliver the site.

You can ask us about information you have sent, request a correction, or request deletion by emailing runmoreadsteam@gmail.com. We retain correspondence only as needed to handle the enquiry, an ongoing business relationship, or applicable obligations. We do not sell enquiry information.
